Train to become a certified Integral CoachTM with Integral Coaching Canada's inaugural training program in Europe

Integral Coaching Canada is taking the integral world by storm. A global partnership with Integral Institute and Integral Life was announced last year, they have just authored an exclusive edition of the Journal of Integral Theory and Practice focussed solely on their Integral Coaching® approach, and their heralded Integral Coaching® training programs are starting to spread throughout the world.

And now you too can become a certified Integral CoachTM with their first ever training program in Europe starting on October 12th 2009, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and taught by the founders of Integral Coaching Canada: Joanne Hunt and Laura Divine.

The Integral Coaching® Approach

Integral Coaching® uses a 'transcend and include' model, incorporating the developmental work of Robert Kegan's subject-object theory and based explicitly on Ken Wilber's AQAL framework. It includes the following key aspects:
  • A model that integrates the change methodologies of all major schools of coaching.
  • The use of their unique AQAL ConstellationTM assessment model to fully understand a client's current ways of being.
  • Use of Robert Kegan's Subject-Object theory to help clients transition from current ways of being to new ways of being.

About the Foundation and Apprenticeship Module

The Foundation and Apprenticeship Module is a five month intensive program for people new to Integral Coaching Canada's training. This Module is the first of two Modules in the Integral Coaching® Certification Program (ICCP). It enables foundational development of Integral Coaching® skills and core competencies through study and direct application in two intensive class sessions and a formal Apprenticeship Period in-between the classes.

You will receive one-on-one phone coaching from a specialised Integral Phone Coach throughout the training, as well as conducting several assignments and coaching your own clients.

You will leave the first Module as an Apprentice Integral CoachTM able to apply the Integral Coaching® method at an apprentice level, having completed enough training hours for the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level. You are also then qualified to apply for acceptance in Module 2 - Embodiment and Certification.
